maybe its me or the camera is angled.. but it looks like your motor sits lower on the driver side

do u know what color that is? like the name or paint code if you have it, thats pretty close to the color of my car and once i got my swap i was brainstorming whether or not to paint the engine cover, and i noticed this and i think it made my decision for me
oh course i know the name of the color i used i painted that valve cover twice. i used the duplicolor metalcast anodized paint in blue and also used the metalcast ground coat

Duplicolor Paint Catalog - Metalcast Anodized Paint - Dupli Color Automotive Paints from Diversified Brands

you can get them at autozone or walmart in the automotive section. they are about $5 a can. both are high temp paints

it looks better in person then in my pictures

yea i know they do, i run them. i think they updated their design. the last set i bought (last year) didnt have any problems staying on. but the set before that was very prone to popping off the distributor and spark plugs

well he said filter, but if its the stack he means its the IB stack.

What stack?

nice craftsman wrench holding your nitrous bracket up...

That's awesome. I need to start making "brackets" like that. :D

It's a simple conversion- I just rotated the engine and battery a bit and everything fell into place.

Just kidding. Others:

my favorite........fully built Lsvtec

S7000174.jpg

the same...... only difference was sound. When i had my lsvtec in there it was REALLY loud when it crossed over to vtec. thanks to the skunk2 stage 2 cams. it sounded like the throttle body was right n your ear.

i didnt run it like that on purpose though. i just didnt have right piping for it at the time. the one i did have would have scratched the paint off.

on my rex I had the air filter right on the throttle body for a while because it was a cheap replacement for the stock shit, but I actually think it ran better with the airbox, my throttle response was through the roof but after like 3500rpm it just started dying

Abel! 'Bout time you get back on here...

Whats the latest on the "new build"?

(just trying to start some rumors) :p
