any of you guys shipped an engine before? what company did you use? gonna be shipping about 640 miles. whats an estimate on that? its a b18. thanks
 
i've used baxglobal.com with good results.

conway shipped my plasma tv, and they were careful with it too.
 
Bax was awesome when we used them at work. We used "Bax Saver" from Cali to some small city in Utah I think and It would get there next day.

But no never shipped a motor.
 
i believe yellow freight has delivered the last few big things i've sold or bought

they offer tailgate service (at least they did for me, although it cost extra)
 
when I was looking at shipping a motor and tranny i called several different places.
I found the bax was going to be the cheapest price
just call different freight companys to get a qoute.
if you need numbers for the carriers I can hook you up with several different numbers. I work in a shipping department of a computer company
