Engine Swap - Auto To Manual Tranny?

Can I use an engine that originally came with an auto tranny on my car that has a manual tranny? I assume I would have to use the ECU from the manual tranny. The engine im looking at is a ZC for my crx 5 spd.

i don't know if your tranny will bolt up. but it is definately possible to use an engine that originally had an automatic mated to it w/ a 5 speed.
