will a 1997 accord v tec motor and trani fit in a 1993accord if it will what will i need to do job

yes, and you will need to convert to obd2 with a jumper harness

I have a97 honda accord ameri. wen i bought it it didnt have a engine so i got one from a mechanic. he has put the engine(non-vtec). it started fine the first night then the next morning it began sputtering as if it was out of gas soon as it started then shut off a few second later. so we put gas in but dat wasnt the problem so we assumed it was da filter that was changer so was the distributor and computer.Now he is tellin me that it could be the crank sensor or wiring. How can u tell which is the problem? He says the previous owner looks as though the jumped wires...What purpose does jumping wires....i need sum help really need to get car fix starting new job and car has been down for 4weeks
