i just recently swapped a b18c into my 93 civic lx. converted from auto to manual. the car is in neutral,i turn the key, i get power to the dash. check engine light goes out; throws no codes. i turn the key completely to start it and nothing. i hear clicking in the relay. i used a jumper wire to bypass the relay and i turn the key again....still nothing. power, but the engine doesnt even turn over. brand new starter in the car. the shift interlock system from the automatic is not in the car, its removed. i was thinking that might have something to do w/ it. but w/ it removed i still hear the clicking at the relay. i dont have the clutch interlock installed bc i was told it isnt needed. so again im at a loss. any ideas or past experience?
