just wondering...does his gsr use vtec cause i reading on the records he made, and one says First All Motor non-VTEC Honda into the 10s. If its doesnt use vtec, why is that? How come so many people make a huge deal of vtec and this guy isnt even using it (assuming that my first question is true). Thanx

its vtec, uses toda spec d's designed to erick's specs

makes 300whp or so...and he just went 9.9's at 131mph with 1.3 60ft.

not only does he make the power, but his suspension setup is amazing.

Just as a heads up I am not sure if anyone on this planet has pushed out 300 whp all motor from a four cylinder honda. I heard that he is up at 280ish.

All VTEC is used for is fuel/nice idle down low and power up top, if you take the lob out and have a high lift cam then your idle will litterly bounce your ride around. The toda Killer vtec cams don't have the vtec crossover, they just have high lift from 0-i think over 300 degrees.
