Neat... not sure what you'd do with it other than for displaying purposes or just to be able to say "hey, I've got something I bet you don't have, I have a fucking ejection seat."
 
put it in a convertible.
warn passenger to stfu or (s)he's getting ejected.
challenge accepted?
pull lever.
 
I've seen a few of those in person. They aren't all that cool looking, they look like something out of the 1930's. Super basic and sketchy, not even all that nifty.
