The exhaust piping on my 92 dx hatch is not bent the best. It almost looks like it was bent with a hammer  . The rattling on it has gotten outa hand and i wanna remove the heat sheilds underneath, i don't need to remove the cat heat shield just the lone one by the gas tank. Now i know heat shields have there purpose but will i be okay removing them(except for the one by the cat)? I only plan on having them off till i get my HKS catback in a month or two.
I have also heard of some type of exhaust piping wrap that acts like a heat shield will this work too?

    Thanks! :worthy: :worthy: :worthy:
