After I complete the b16 swap I want to have the exhaust done at a shop. I was thinking of going with either a 2.25" or 2.5" dynomax muffler and piping with a high flow cat. Which is better (2.25 or 2.5) for this engine? I was thinking of going turbo eventually so would 2.5 be ok? My only question is whether there will be enough back pressure. I know little of this subject and your imput is greatly appreciated --Thanks

yes buy all means do yourself a favor have the resonator put in.
if not you'll be driving around and everyone in town will point and laught at you yelling "riceboy" cause you'll sound like a bunch of bees in a tin can.

the resonator will help give your exhaust a deeper tone. I'm sure f'in glad I had a resonator installed when I did my exhaust. plus it has no ill effects on the system .
