F/S B16a short block!!!

This short block is straight from a complete swap from japan. has never been in an american car. so it has about 30,000km on it. it has been sitting for a while now (with the head on it), i will clean it up if someone is interested. the cylinder walls are in really good shape.

i am building an ls vtec, so I need a B18a or B18b short block, skunk2 intake manifold, skunk 2 valve springs, ferrea valves, skunk2 titanium retainers, skunk2 stage 1 or 2 cams,

i will trade.

Only thing is, main bearing is spun...

Does B16 come with the head?
If not, do you still have the head/is it for sale?
