F20b conversion for 99 Accord

I have read, and been told so many different things my mind is spinning. If someone could help to clarify as to what is all needed to be done for the conversion into my 99 Accord 2dr.

It would be done exactly the same way as an H22 swap, and there's no shortage of "H22 into Accord" write-ups on the Internet...

ok, but.....

well i was told it would directly fit into the car without modifications needed other than re wiring of the crank sensor which is re located in the distributor.
