You can run 14-15psi pretty safely with that size turbo. Be smart, get gauges and a good tune!

if your gonna do it cheap.... might as well upgrade that turbo up to a 14b or a 16g off the DSM's.... alot more power potencial there

A 14b is a t25 which he has already
A 16g is not a good choice either, I had one and it chokes before 6K. I would recommend a bastard 20G! They can cram the 20g wheel into the td05 compressor housing so it physically fits on the car. This will give you much better performance at the cost of just a lil spool up.
