f22 to f23 swap

I have a very tired f22 in a 1995 accord EX was going to drop in a salvage yard f22, but they want way to much for really used engines $700-900, I would like to drop in a f23 engine as they have a slew of them and they are extremely cheap $300 with low miles. I believe everything will bolt up but will I have problems with the computer engine management?

yes, you will need to grab an ECU for the F23, im on break right now, but check our reference section for what ECU you will need.

Will the computer plug directly in, I could not find it on the list of computers. The 1999 F23 has fed emissions.
