F22a4 - Is there a better head?

I have a 91 Accord with the F22a4, just wondering if there are any other heads that will bolt on for better power or if the F series is a lost cause.

f22a6 is slightly better, but not worth the swap. You could get a reground cam, or turbo that motor if you want to keep it.
