F22A4 Motor, with a DSM Manifold

Hi. 1991 Honda Accord with an F22A4, wanting to be turbo'd.. some people have mentioned slightly on here about being able to use a DSM turbo manifold with slight alterations, i was wondering what those were? The bolting pattern looks almost identical, theonly thing i could see is that the dsm ports are bigger, but that shouldnt affect flow.. maybe the head just needs to be ported?

the one on the 4g63 first gen turbo talon works and my friend has one in his car now and boosting and it does a decent job

the manifold doesnt fit... the top studs line up, but the bottom ones dont... i think i have to bore out the bottom holes some, maybe it will fit then
