f22b1 main and rod torque

Its a 95 f22b1 sohc Vtec and I need to know what the torque specs are on the rods and mains.

Yeah the main bearing cap bolts are a 2 step . First is 22 ft lbs , sencond step is 54 ft lbs .

Rod cap nuts are 34 ft lbs .

The rear main oil seal retainer bolts are 104 in lbs

Also the rear balance shaft gear case bolts are 18 ft lbs

Appreciate it muchly. Bout to drop my old F into my moms 96 ex. Figured I'd better at least change the bearings for her. It was a hella good motor for me.
