F22b2 to F23A1 swap help

My engine is worn out and I have been talking to a gentleman who will sell me a F23A1 at a reasonable price. He says that all I have to do is bolt up my intake and exhaust manifold to keep it OBD1. If I want to make it VTEC I will need to replace my non-VTEC ecu with a VTEC ecu of the same vintage. Does all of this sound right? Will I have to swap distributors as well? Also, will my flywheel bolt up to the crank? Lastly, is there anything else I should know that I've failed to ask? Thanks in advance for all of the help!
