ok, i have a 95 accord with a F22B2 in it. i want to get some more power out of it without going down the forced induction route. can someone shed some light on this for me please?

How much power? How much money?

$800-$1000 for intake/header/exhaust will take you from 135 hp at the flywheel to maybe 145. An aftermarket cam ($300), maybe 10 more. Clutch and flywheel ($500) will help you get some more power to the ground. Add that up, and you're well on your way to an H22 swap to get rid of that worthless F-series non-VTEC and START you at 200 horses.
