Bingo. The donor is a mother of two = she was ( and is, as far as I know ) being kept alive while she's in a coma. The French government offered her kids some money (Like 20K) to use their mom's face.

In France (as well as most of these places that Michael Moore loves), "meat" is kept alive for donors. That's how the donor market out there is so much easier to access.
