factory radio

how do you take the factory radio out of a 97 gsr. i have to get the serial number so i can get a code to unlock it. any help would be great

take it out with magic hahahaha you'll have to go buy a peice it's a aluminum peices to take it out with

or you rig a coat hanger, or that is what i do, never done a gsr. get creative

is there a clip on both sides

like i said i have never done a gsr but normally there is one on both sides but with ford trucks there are two on each side. so make sure you push all posible clips.

there are 2 little bolts on the back of the radio. you may need to remove the center console... unscrew the bolts nad it should slide right out.
