alright i have a 91 rex si that was swaped with a big ass intake and cat-back exhaust. on thurseday i took it to get inspected and to see iif it would pass emissions. well turns out i fail with HC at 302(standard is 220) on the high speed and 658 on low speed emissions. the CO was 2.22(standard was 1.20) at high speed and 2.49 on the low speed. every thing else on the emissions test i passed like CO2 and o2. everyone keeps telling me to put my stock intake back on. i have no idea on how to fix this problem. so i wanted to see what yall honda-swap think i should do

put two tablespoons of acetone in your gas tank and drive around for 45 mins and if that doesn't work im thinking its the catalitic converter
