well, i agree with the vw and the addition being wrong. however... it's NOT cheap to live in the boonies.

the house i live in right now would sell for 500k. it's in the 'boonies' and it's not even completely done being remodeled... so, yes, it not a million, but it's not cheap at all. it all really depends on the land size...
