Fianl run with this turbo...

Rebuilt it....spools practically off idel now, slowly at idle.

I'm giving it one more shot, then this turbo is going to hell...And guess who's gonna be sending it there???Me, I swear I will kill that little fucker.

If it doesn't work...it's new turbo time. Cause it was the source of the boost leak before. It leaks no where else. It's not the basemap either.

I'm not even going to pressure test it..I'm driving...

Boost = YAY
No boost = check for leaks...then if its comming from the turbo...its going to hell. I will put that turbo so far into my garage wall it will never come out.

Wish me luck...and for the turbos sake hope it boosts.

well i got like 5 psi out of it...Time to play with the wastegate..

the bitch overheats too. Time to retard some timing and find the cause.

It still defenitly is leaking because it doesn't kick in till like 3750-4k or so...i'm scared to pressure test it. I watched it spool off idle so I know there's an issue.

I thinkm it may already be time for an upgrade.
