    LOL.. this explains a lot...

IndianaThe value of pi is 4, and not 3.1415.

This is how it is in India...

OhioYou must honk the horn whenever you pass another car, according to the state’s driver’s education manual.

They should have listed Oklahoma's other bizarre law...

"The age of consent is 16, unless you're related - in which case it's 12"

back in the day Tennessee had a real problem with feral whales tearing up crops and destroying buildings and such
in the whales defense though... they were quite liquored up and very lost... so it wasnt really their fault that they were as upset and disoriented as they were... and whales are pretty damn big, so the damage they caused wasnt really done maliciously... but the people didnt really care about any of that, they were only concerned with never tolerating that kind of damage again so they issued a "shoot on site" for any wild whales seen roaming around Tennessee

poor whales... they never could handle their liquor well
    :(

    time and determination

yeah, i remember reading about that in history books.
the great whale infestation of 1894.

its surprising they dont actually teach about it in school, they always seem to skip that.
i had to find the information myself. apparently, it was such a big deal that they wanted it covered up. damn hard book to find.
