I was just thinkin back about my first car and i was wonderin if anyones first car sucked worse then mine. It was a 1980 Toyota tercel hatch, no radio, an orange eagle graphic on the lower part of the doors, no paint on the roof. Oh yeah the kicker is she topped out at 75 mph. I hated that car but i had so much fun with it, we rallied the hell out of it. I even had a sweet custom exhaust, my uncle took of the cat, put a stright pipe on and a glass pack at the end. it was so friggin cool.

a 1987 Toyota Tercel hatchback. my friends had nicknamed it "the chick mobile". it had 4 gears and it barely went 80mph. the looked like it was on stilts and if you took a turn any faster than like 15mph the car felt like it was going to tip over but it did a hell of a badass peg-leg burnout. :p

88 cavalier coupe lemon, used to vapor lock every time I tried the A/C,every thing went wrong w/that car except the big ass stereo I put in.
but yeah had so much fun trashing it......I will never treat a car like that again,we even had 2 gross of popbottle rockets go off in the front pass floorboard......melted all the carpet in the car....stopped in the middle of Carr road at 56th'ish in arvada CO,smoke rolling out the open doors,us shroomheads running for our lives....good times

my first car was a 1973 VW Super Beetle. it caught on fire and a week later i got a 1990 Escort GT...this was way back in 1991 when i first got my license.

i think cavaliers are just lemons.

87 honda accord lx < auto > with somewhere over 200k miles.

that car took so much shit.

1984 Plymouth Horizon POS (but I'm glad cause if I'd had a fast new car at that age I'd probably have smashed it.)

No radio, Tape player that ate tapes, shook like a vibrator at 80 kph (~50mph), topped out around 95 kph (~60 mph), had just about every peice fall off of it...including door handles (snapped like twigs).

sold it to a mechanic and saw him about a week later broken down in the middle of the HWY  , poor guy, I felt his pain

I'll never own a Chrysler again :ghey:

1988 Mazda Rx-7, i got lucky with my first car, it had dual cat-back exhaust, intake, tinted windows, short shifter, killer system, fresh coat of white paint, 17" motegi white rims and I split the cost of $2700 with my dad. I ran that thing like none other, constantly redlining it. It sounded fucking beautiful, and surprisingly I had no problems with it, that is, until I blew an apex seal. Whooops.

'89 Tercel. 4 cyl auto that revved way too high before it shifted and had absolutely 0 acceleration

1989 Nissan Maxima SE (with only 48k miles when I got it in 2000)

it was an auto but it was a good car. Perfect condition and it ran strong.

Man, it seems like the most popular car was a tercel (back in the day). I also had a tercel hatch. It was an 85 manual...the most I did to it was take out the air filter...lol

'91 hatch dx auto. no stereo, no glovebox, cut springs, 15's in the back, steelies in the front, stock suspension in the back, cut springs in the front, missing back reflector, broken turn signals, removed airbox, removed spare. i ran that shit to the ground for the three weeks i had it before it got impounded and never got it back.

1987 chevy nova (aka: The Roach.... the fucker wouldnt die)

1982 Dodge 400 convertable (rips in top and faded plastic windowin the rear). Dad got it for $500 and made it run. No A/C in humid-ass Georgia, faded black paint job with leather seats. Talk about burning your ass. It got me to and fro until it overheated and blew the head. From there on out I was family minivannin it till i got my first honda (89 accord) and now i'm strictly honda. ;)
