no thread tape wount help the bleader valve has a taper seat on the bottom of it anthe threads are not npt so they wount seal. try taking the bleader screy out and cleaning all the crap off of it.
this is what i would try.
remove pads
clamp brake line with visegrips (not to tight you can cut the line you know)
remove brake line from caliper
remove caliper
remove bleader valve now that you have the caliper off
clean hole out really well check the surface of tapper on valve i think you can get a new one really cheap just buy new one.
reasemble car
buy beer
call buddy telly him you have free beer
now that buddy is at house and drank a few bring up the subject that you need to blead your wifes brakes really quick. put him in the seat and tell him what to do
this is what i would try.
