So I have been researching a lot and looking at all sorts of turbo info. First off I have a 95 ex coupe with a z6 in it. Fro mwhat I read I'm already starting out with a good base point engine. I just need you guys to put in some info on what you know/ mistakes you made, anything...

So this is what i know/ my plan :
    D16z6.
I bought log turbo headers so i can keep my ac and powersteering. t3/t4 hybrid turbo. Wastegate. I'm planning on running 8-10 psi. Sound good so far?

SO whats still on my list is as follows:

    Fuel
    walbro 255 lph fuel pump
    adjustable fuel regulator
    440 injectors

intercooler (20x6x3) ??? think that should be perfect
    all charge pipes
    Oil lines for turbo
    hondata
    BOV

And where would I put the t for the oil? Is it right next to the oil filter? Any suggestions for oil return into the pan? helpfull suggestions... Sounds like a decent set up to me.

Fuel is a good one, mae sure its super if we're making a complete list ;)

There isnt necc. a oil T, buy a sandwhich adapter. It makes things easy and fool proof :)

You dont necc. need a adjustable fuel pres. regulator either. You could use that money for exhaust parts because I dont see any on that list. You should use at least 2.5" piping with the least restrictions possible. Catless if you have a hook-up on inspections is ideal.

ha, ok i bought an exhaust turbo "manifold". And whats a sandwhich adapter for the oil? Does it still go in the same place? argh..... I just got all my 2.25 exhaust like 2 months ago... There is no cat. Should it still work? With only 10 psi..... You guys tell me from expierience? Can it cause problems?

The sandwich adapter goes between the oil filter and the block, so instead of drilling into the oil pan the oil lines for the turbo screw right into the side of the adapter, and the oil filter would screw onto the adapter

And you can do 10psi as long as you have a good tune

So basically if you install the sandwich adapter you have to run an oil cooler also. This is due to not wanting to restrict the oil flow to the engine by making all oil flow pass through the turbo. I looked up some adapters and they also have taps do you could get the oil supply from it but you could not return to it, you would still need to tap the oil pan. Anyone done one and how did you hook it up?

The sandwhich adapter is the feed. You dont have to use an oil cooler, but if your turbo is only oil cooled its not a bad idea to get a cooler. The oil pan needs to be tapped for a drain regardless what feed you use.

about the exhaust, if you can afford to buy a 3in i would go with that all day. another way would be to have a 2.5 3in downpipe made and then "y" off in to a e-cutout and then to the exhaust you have. faster spool and power be gained from a bigger exhaust period.

Run the line from the sandwich adapter/T-fitting to the oil cooler then to the turbo. That way your turbo stays  .

the oil circulates in your engine block and turbo, that is a lot of heat to displace, trust me, you're gonna want an oil cooler.
