i machined my b16 head for the lsvtec swap....i now want to get a gsr block with the ls crank....can i reuse the head or am i stuck with ls/crv blocks?....as far as i see it...no....but would like some input.....
 
You mean the dowel holes, and the oil tap? Just plug the tap and get dowels that fit.
