Yeah today i was Really pissed of about my car smoking while it was still in break in at 400 miles
I read the break in article by this one guy and decided to try it
i took it on my back roads and beat the shit out of the engine taking the RPM to 5 grand full
    throttle and it stopped smoking

Any body know why it fixed it?

i think it made the rings seat by putting the engine under extreme load

Maybe, but doubtful, I'm sure your rings would have worn down the cross hatch after 400 miles, hard driving or not. But hooray for no smoke.

if he used loads of assembly lube sometimes it can last that long

You'd have to use a lot... I just coated the walls with marvel mystery oil. Worked good.

I seriously can't imagine the crosshatch lasting that long, but I guess with enough lube anything is possible.
