Alright!!!! looks like i had a ground in the wrong spot.. for what ever reason one ground has to be on the block and one ground has to be on the intake manifold. before i have tem both on the block.

So the saab started right up. but now i know for sure the turbo is shot. so I need to reaplace the turbo or rebuild the one in there.
 
The intake manifold is to be grounded because the gasket will remove it from the grounding of the motor (Well, in terms of the high-amerage starting)

I'm surprised it started. When I didn't have enough ground on my 4Runner, I caused a fire on my ebrake cable. The truck started with 6, I now have 7 grounding straps to the engine.
 
yeah, grounds are important.

i upgraded to 4ga grounds, using the same method as the ralli///art ground kit for the evo.
