    im doin total fluid change in my d16z6 delsol what fluid does the manuel tranny take i believe its a p20?

    I'd use Honda MTF (manual transmission fluid), syncro mesh, or you can just use 10w-30 motor oil.

    I say Pennzoil/GM Synchromesh w/ Friction modifier or regular 10w-30 with some sort of friction modifier or a mix of MTF with 10w-30. The new formula MTF seems more watery than the older MTF.
