flywheel bolt size???

    what size are the bolts holding the flywheel in?? and are there any tricks to keeping it from moving? thanx

    put a screwdriver or a pin in a hole in the flywheel(I belive there are a few) and turn it till it hits metal, then it wont spin.

    aight ill give that a try tomorrow. thanx

    na i dont need to buy em im gonna head to sears to get a socket to fit the bolts tomorrow. just wasn't sure of the size im guessin 17mm. does anyone know for sure?

    na they're def not 14mm. i have 15mm 12pt and it was too small.

    nm. coulda sworn i saw 14mm. 17 is what i was guessin. thanx

    Oh, sorry, I missunderstood. I thought you were looking for the size as in thread pitch ect because you needed to replace them.

    Yea, 17mm 12pt. And the bolts holding the pressureplate to the flywheel are 12pt 10mm. Stick a screwdriver through one of the outer holes and it will eventually stop spinning.
