hey guys i need some help is an 8lbs flywheel to light for my b18 or should i go a little heavier
Go for it, for turbo apps i recommend usually the factory ITR unit.
oh forgot to metion, when you change out your flywheel make sure to also change out the pilot bearing also..
hey acctually mines 7.4 oz but i heard you lose torque with to light a flywheel
Damn, 7.4 ounces? Wow. I want a flywheel that light.
Losing torque is all about how you look at it. You're not really losing torque, only changing the way the flywheel acts as a rotational force capacitor. Go read up some. I made a HUGE post about this a while back.
I have a 9lb and would never want to go back to a stock flywheel, revs are up much quicker and takeoff. Why do you think they make them illegal in some drag racing sanctions
sorry 7lb 4oz <_<
