2) it's an ugly color.

3) I've seen lower mileage.

I'd still rock it though.

That one looks like my old one. That thing is mint, but $4000 is prolly at the top of what I would pay for it.

As far as miles - Look at the condition. The guy obviously cared for it and the high mileage, in this case, attests to how nice the car actually is.

If it was a turbo it'd be worth something. Since it's not a turbo I wouldnt give 50 bucks for it unless I had a swap waiting around for it.
