Saw it on the news. They said this could be the end to ONE family. Firstly, it wont be, it never is. Secondly, there are multiple families operating in this area. All they have done is pull some mobsters off the street in a flash and awe, "look were doing are job" move. Which will lead to territories being up for grabs and causing conflict between gangs and families attempting to take it over.

Other than the mob operating more effectively and more profitably, they are exactly the same as the government. They have their hand in everything, and if you want to live/operate in their area, you have to pay protection, aka "taxes".
