"U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell has submitted his resignation to President Bush, the White House said today. In addition to Powell, the White House also announced the resignations of Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham, Education Secretary Rod Paige and Agriculture Secretary Ann Veneman."

Maybe their consciences caught up with them. Regardless, there have been a lot of high up people quiting latly. I would say this is strange.
 
as much as i hate bush's cabinet now, im sure that he will replace them with even more right wing bible thumpers... we are fucked.
