FP or FS: 90 Integra 4Dr a/t Teal Graphite

I know, I know it's a/t but would be a half way decent winter beat. Car is complete and driveable at the moment.

Details:
90 teg 4dr - a/t - 1.8l - obd 0
Teal green
Charcoal interior - cond = 80% good and complete
198,000 mi - still runs like a champ
Original owner
Body is rough (damn you salt)
Brakes are fairly new all the way around(4 wheel disc)
Has some oil leaks(i think the oil pan gasket is leaking) but oil was still changed regularly
All the glass is good.

Needs:
battery
blower resistor($30-40)

$650 or best offer for the whole car, parts will be negotiable.

Would prefer to sell as a whole but will part out necessary. Car must be out of my driveway by Nov 1st at the lastest - if it is not gone by then it will be going to the yard. So if you want something off the car or the whole thing, dont wait cause it will be gone soon.
