hehe. and if u want to see for sure that its not moving, make a "C" with your thumb and index finger, position the "C" over any circle and you will see that the circle is not moving.

no. its a jpg. jpg doesn't supprt frames like gif/png does, and thus there cannot be any movement.

That's the first thing I checked.

If you let your eyes go out of focus, everything will stop moving... it's your eyes trying to focus on one spot in the picture that makes everything seem like it's moving.
