Naa, lose the beard and grampy glasses and you have normal ol' durst. His skin isn't all wrinkly or anything, still looks young.
 
He's pretty much bald at this point though. I think he's got the beard going on down below to make up for what's missing up top, but then the fact that it's gray is making him look older then he really is...
