You can use ERD Commander and reset the Admin Password.

yeah there is a way around it, you need the SAM file from another computer running win2k or you can copy the SAM file from the C:\winnt\repair directory

Well it's pretty much like the old Recovery Console in Win2K, but with a nice WinXP Style interface..you can do pretty much everything to get your self out of shit when your Win2k or WinXP fuck's up...

Pretty fun and cool tool when your a Network Admin.
