    well then,

I plan to install my new springs/shocks on friday, but I can't figure out how to adjust the shock, I know I gotta twist it, but there really aren't any instructions on what turn equals what resistance.

The idea is to make the frount slightly stiffer, and the rear sharply stiffer. The basic idea I'm going for is keeping the weight on the front wheels

    HELP!

what kind of instructions do you want, turn it all the way to loose then back a little and then drive and adjust, if you want the rear a little looser than the front turn the front more times than the rear. Its pretty basic
