Would it be wise to remove the front bumber on my 99 civic. Would there be alot of chassis flex if I cut it off?

The support or the cover? you HAVE to have that support, It's designed to take the impact in a collision... but the bumper cover (plastic body piece) you don't need to be legal.

fuck the support both my front and rears are off...then again my life doesnt mean too much to me either..it was like a good 8 lbs of extra weight

if my digi would work i would show you some pics...I have not very much left in that car. Its gutted and that was part of the process. This winter I will do the rest of the weight removal of my car.

I just meant for a street car, then the running part. Neither is really worth it, in my opinion. Take them off for the track, no problem. But it's just not safe on the street. One of my friends took his front mount out of his EF and a small collision totalled it.
