Front Camber Adj

Whats the best way to adjust the camber on a lowered 89 Civic ? Adjustable upper arm anchor bolts or adjustable upper ball joints. Best brand of each please.
10K miles after B16 swap and 1"lowering the front tires are bald on the inside 2".

you are only lowered an inch you should be in factory spec, i'm lowered 1.5" and on the verge of being out of spec
