Wish I had a little extra cash laying around. I see the cosmetic damage, but is there any structural?
 
Didn't look like it. Forget a donor car, 98+ front end, then drive it like you stole it. At that price, you pretty much did.
 
Now I'm interested, haha. Does it have a clean title? Could it be driven home or would it need a tow?

98+ front end, junkyard turbo set-up, and a $50 paint job= fun.

I have no interest in fixing this, or parting it out.

I'm actually surprised how close in WV you are. Like 4 hours. Didn't realize any part of WV was that close. I'm going to think on it but I am interested.
