I have a few ECU's I need to get ride of:

P28 (socketed & chipped H22A) - $OLD shipped
P75 (OBD1) - $80 shipped
PR4 (OBD1) - $OLD shipped
PR4 (OBD0) - $70 shipped
P06 (auto) - $100 plus shipping has been chipped to run VTEC and 5-speed

it would work but you would need to get a new base map chip since this one runs the H22A program DOHC VTEC. You can get an inexpensive SOHC VTEC chip from Ebay for about $15 that will just plug-n-play int the ECU. I also have a virgin P28 that I did not list that would work for your setup for $120 shipped
 
i might be inetrested in the "virgin" p28 gimme 3 days ill get back to u with a yes or no.
