Both are for automatic transmissions, with a vtec engine, and are in the ODB2A format. Please do your own research to see if ether will work for your application.

Lowering Springs:
NEUSPEED Race Springs $50 + shipping
They are used, I don't know how many miles are on them but they are still in good shape. They where on the car when i bought it.

If you live in Houston you have come and pick them up and not pay shipping.

I took them off and installed the OEM springs (I made them sell the OEm springs with the car) because I live in a neighborhood that has the giant speed bumps, plus Houston isn't really known for its high quality roads lol
