yes it is sir, the exhaust nuts where froze on to the stud and they both came out...will replace with news ones if any body is intersted....

I saw your post in my WTB thread about a VTEC solenoid. I've seen people selling complete VS assys for any where between $80-$100. So how does $100 shipped sound for the VS? If you are ok with that you can PM me your paypal ID and I'll transfer the money right away.

If you sell the head bare I will give you the other $50 for the rest of the head parts, All i really need is the top cam holders. i bought a Type R head and it is babr and the other parts are vital.
