Jackson racing boost timing controller for supercharged/turbo vehicles, this is the one for the honda civic/acura integra setup, includes the wiring, the box and the switch/dial. basically everything except the instructions. (can be downloaded from www.supercharger.com)
I took this out of my integra when I pulled the engine, it always worked great for me, you can change from 0 to I think 2 degrees per lb of boost in 1/10 degree increments.

serial number: 051-683, I no longer have original reciept, sorry I cant keep everything for 5 years.
