the b16 doesnt have a block girdle, which allows for this pickup to work. it will not fit the b18c1 c5 without modification

its more than just the girlde...

the ls and b16 share the mount point on the support by by cyl #3.
the gsr and itr and ctr blocks have a different angle, as well as it being on a different angle and "deeper" to clear the OEM block girlde.
