    same one as before.

i talked them down 25 grand, no carpet and no appliances in the kitchen.
living, kitchen, and hallways are hardwood and done. its just the bedrooms that need flooring.

puts me at my budget, and i can get the rugs and stainless steel that i want on my own :)

already have one. E is moving in with me.

i still have one other bedroom though... but i don't think i'll be renting it out. one housemate is enough.

I've spent enough money at lowes over the past 6 months that i've actually thought about working there part time to get the employee discount.

on the right side, under the bedrooms. left side is basement, right side is garage. otherwise, its 1-floor living really (raise ranch style home) 2 over-sized bays. can prob fit 4 civics, 2 quads, and shit in there.
